3. No Refunds

All payments for coaching services, including individual sessions, packages, or any other services, are final. There are no refunds. Once payment is made, you are responsible for the cost regardless of whether or not you attend or complete the coaching sessions.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

All materials provided by Chanta Blue and Blue Counseling & Wellness Center, including but not limited to workbooks, courses, videos, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Chanta Blue and Blue Counseling & Wellness Center and are protected by copyright. These materials are provided to you solely for your personal use during the coaching sessions and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without permission.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chanta Blue and Blue Counseling & Wellness Center and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the coaching services.

9. Modification of Terms

Chanta Blue and Blue Counseling & Wellness Center reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
